PET FRIENDLY POLICIESPets are welcome at our hotel, however we have some policies and restrictions. We invite you to read them and learn more:1. You must leave an open voucher for $ 1,000.00 or a cash deposit as a guarantee for the payment of any damage.2. It has a cost of $ 200.00 per night.3. All our pet-friendly rooms are located on the ground floor.4. Maximum one pet per room.5. The maximum weight we accept is 15 kg.6. All pets must have their vaccination card, which will be filed from your first visit, we help achieve better control, it is a benefit for everyone.7. They must have a collar and leash, and it will be the owner's responsibility to have it located at all times.8. The pet cannot be left alone at any time in the room or in the hotel facilities.9. It must be clean of fleas and ticks, up to date with its vaccinations and free of parasites.10. In any public area of the hotel, pets must always be kept on a leash out of respect for other guests. 11. Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by its owner. 12. It is the owner's responsibility to pick up after their pet. 13. Pets cannot be kept on any hotel furniture, including the bed in your room. The use of a pet bed is recommended. NOT INCLUDED. 14. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or pool. CLAUSES - ROOM CHECK-IN IS SET AT 3:00 PM. CHECK-OUT IS AT 12:00 PM. IN CASE OF EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT, THE HOTEL WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE AN EXTRA CHARGE ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT RATE. - ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PRESENT A VALID OFFICIAL DOCUMENT. - ALL ROOMS AND PUBLIC SPACES, INCLUDING THE RESTAURANT, ARE NON-SMOKING AREAS. A $150 USD cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate our smoking policy. - WE HAVE A PET POLICY. - THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADMIT OCCASIONAL GUESTS AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THEY BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE ROOMS. - USE OF THE FACILITIES IS EXCLUSIVE TO HOTEL GUESTS. - IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN TRANQUILITY ON THE HOTEL FACILITIES, WE REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT THE QUIET HOURS SET STARTING AT 10:00 PM. - WHEN CHECK OUT, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU PRESENT YOUR ACCESS KEY. THERE IS A PENALTY FOR LOSING THEM. - ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY GUESTS TO OBJECTS, MOVABLE PROPERTY, OR THE REAL ESTATE WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. THEREFORE, YOU WILL ASSUME THE COST OF ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY. - THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLE THEFT, TOTAL OR PARTIAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES, OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NATURAL CAUSES.
